Cancellations & Refunds

Thank you for using Kartlet. This policy applies to the Kartlet Premium subscription (₹999 / year) purchased on Kartlet.com.

You may request a cancellation and full refund within 7 days of payment, provided the Premium features have not been substantially used.

After 7 days from the date of payment, the subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of its term. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders placed by buyers with individual sellers are handled directly by those sellers and are outside the scope of this policy.
