Welcome to Kartlet.com. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Signup requirement

Please sign up with your WhatsApp number only. This allows customers to reach you directly and ensures smooth communication.

2. Seller responsibility

All customers connecting with you are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for managing product inquiries, order confirmations, pricing, and delivery.

3. Disclaimer

Kartlet.com will not be responsible for any transactions or disputes between you (the seller) and any customer. We provide a platform for visibility but do not mediate, process, or guarantee any sales or payments.

4. Content & conduct

You agree not to post any illegal, offensive, or misleading content on your Kartlet shop. Your listing should be genuine and reflect the actual product or service you offer.

5. Premium subscription & payments

Kartlet is free to start. The optional Kartlet Premium plan is a digital subscription billed at ₹999 per year (Indian Rupees) and is activated immediately on successful payment. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. See our Cancellation & Refunds and Shipping & Delivery policies for details.

6. Plan limits & AI Ad Reels

Free plan: up to 5 products and 3 AI Ad Reels in total (a one-time starter allowance). Only your most recent 5 products remain visible in your storefront.

Premium plan: up to 25 products and 5 AI Ad Reels per calendar month, with no Kartlet watermark. The monthly Reel allowance resets at the start of each month and unused Reels do not carry over. Additional Reels can be purchased as credit packs (₹99 for 10 Reels; 1 credit = 1 Reel, credits do not expire). Generated Reels are stored temporarily (Free 3 hours / Premium 24 hours) and then automatically deleted — download them to keep. These limits are current as of the latest update and may change with reasonable notice.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Kartlet.com after any change constitutes acceptance of those changes.
